One of John Hancock's core commitments is to make timely payments of the benefits owed to our policy/account holders. In fact, we pay up to $10 billion in contract and policyholder benefits annually.

If you think you or a loved one may have a policy or account with us, but you do not have any contract information, please submit an Account Search Request by completing the form below and clicking "Send". John Hancock will send a response to your request within 7 - 10 days.
